 Rascals opened it’s doors in October of 2005. From there it has been non-stop for owner/operators Mark and Gaiya Miller. Mark, from Fayetteville NC, and Gaiya, from Canada, met each other
on a surfing trip in Costa Rica. They believe in a hands-on approach to business and you will always
see one of them.
All their hard work is paying off. In November 2006 they were featured on WIS TV’s “Back Roads Burgers”. They received the WLTX
NEWS 19’s “Golden Spatula” twice for a perfect
100% DHEC inspection. They also sponsor Boys and Girls Parks and Rec. teams during baseball season.
Their mission is simple: Bring together great food, fun and service
for the best possible dining experience.
