Rascals opened its doors in October of 2005 by Mark and Gaiya Miller. Mark, from Fayetteville NC, and Gaiya, from Canada, met each other on a surfing trip in Costa Rica. Both had a background in the food industry and Rascals was born! Their mission was simple: Bring together great food, fun and service for the best possible dining experience.
Brett and Nancy Bishop obtained Rascals in March 2011. They have three sons – Andrew, Rodger, and Lucas. You will see two sons, Rodger and Lucas, working at Rascals and there are frequent visits by Brett’s parents, Margaret and Rodger Bishop. Come out and meet the Bishops and the great staff at Rascals.
